  1. I like that Mr. Messi went to the MLS to wrap up his career. I understand the competition is not as fierce as other leagues, but he gave us a few more years of highlights …. awesome AWESOME career sir

  2. Messi is a Barcelona product that could not replicate his success outside of Spain. He is a great player no doubt but the best? He isn't even in my top 3.

  3. The defender didn't know the ball could go that fast…just watches where it's supposed to be and it's passed the Goal keeper….you ain't saving that 😂

  4. Most have no clue who Messi is in America
( soccer is not American sports – mostly high school girls play soccer in USA)

  5. I played soccer for 13 years and considered myself a good player, but now that I'm older and I watch these highlights the thing I notice most about the best goal scorers in the world is that they never hesitate. They just take the shot as fast as possible. Even a non perfect strike is hard to defend when you have little time to react.

  6. Completely unmarked, acres of space, defenders running around like headless chickens

training sessions in Europe are way tougher to then this “defence”

Farmers leagues are fun for retired stars
