  1. Once again, as usual, diving is rewarded. VAR just is absolutely unable, with their 10 million slow-motion cameras, to detect blatant diving that the world sees in real time? Yet Julian Alvarez gets a penalty disallowed because his left toe might have brushed the ball before he shot it with his right foot? They could somehow miraculously see that. Don't they understand this makes even the greatest match an unwatchable joke?

  2. Bro the penalty LOOKED like a penalty from thw refree's point of view/angle it's the VAR's fault that he didn't have a chance to review it. It wasn't even that bad of a call anyways

  3. I don't know what's a penalty anymore. If a defender breathes hard on a striker in the box, penalty. If a winger tries to cross the ball and it hits a defender's hand in the box, no penalty. If either of these thing happened out side of the box, you get the opposite calls.

  4. Some of the unbelievably soft penalties being awarded in this UCL, like the 1 given to Dortmund. Are what give the sport a bad name! At best, it calls into question the integrity of the game. At worst, it causes suspicion of match fixing.

  5. Man this competition is obviously rigged. It’s always in favor of the bigger club each and every year. UEFA only cares about ratings. If they could’ve created a super league where it’s only the “elite” clubs competing every year they would’ve done it. This game used to feel so real to me man. Now it all just feels staged. Idk whether to blame the players for diving, or the referees for fixing matches, or FIFA for allowing this to happen and possibly being the puppet masters for the destruction of the beautiful game. I’m truly starting to hate the champions league. It doesn’t have the same aura that it used to. This competition could cease to exist tomorrow and I wouldn’t even care anymore and that’s so sad. Thank fifa and uefa for that.

  6. What happened to simulation? Almost never see it given and it would help reduce flops like this. We have the video technology to check all of these. If the rules really appealed to the integrity of the game and for maximum entertainment value.. Red for simulation… seriously

  7. The team that least deserves to be in QF is this overrated Dortmund. Since last year they mostly just play desperate bus parking and cry and dive as soon as they get to the box.
