It seems every era has about 2 or 3 greats. The 50s had di Stefano and Puskas, the 60s had Pele, Best and Eusebio, the 70s had Cruijff and Beckenbauer, the 80s had Maradona, Platini and Zico
You can compare Yamal to Penaldo. You could even say he is better than Penaldo at this age, but to compare him with Messi is uttered blasphemy.
I still dont see what I saw from messi. He has much more talent than Ronaldo for me (although he'll probably never have those numbers), and baring an injury could go down as a tip 5 player ever, maybe top 2. But I still feel there was something different about messi. Luckily Yamal is only 17 do we get to watch a lot more of this 😂🎉
