Robert Lewandowski is quite simply a phenomenon. His hat-trick against Werder Bremen on the opening matchday saw him bag his 50th Bundesliga goal for FC Bayern. He needed just 64 games to reach that milestone – fewer than any player before him for a single club. We go back through the archives and look at a top 5 of true Bundesliga legends who were the quickest to reach the 50-goal landmark.

  1. Top 5 strikers in the world.
    1. Suarez(obviously)
    2. Lewandowski
    3. Benzema(how did everyone forget this guy exists?)
    4. Agüero(better than Griezman in every single way.)
5.Aubameyang(this guy is going to smash in the Champions League.)

  2. Should have also mentioned that the legend Miroslav Klose was also the top goalscorer in the 2005-2006 season. 25 goals in the league and also 14 assists! For me that is more impressive than Lewandowski's 30 goals and 2 assists last season.
