  1. All this energy Leeds had against Everton was absent half an hour into the match against Arsenal.

Anyway, that penalty was a very dubious call. Bicep was flat against the torso and the ball traveled straight into it.

  2. Not sure why everyone is against this penalty decision. Seems pretty clear to me he's meaning into the ball's trajectory with his arm and then tucks is arm behind is back after it hits his arm. If he made contact on his chest or shoulder, then of course no pen. But he leant into that and blocked it with his arm. Pretty clear to me

  3. Jordan Pickford should work on playing more out of the back. Instead of always booting the ball out of the kick off specially when he had options to go to his left side at the start of the game

  4. At 6:13 you can see the defender clench his jaw in guilt and knowing he purposefully leaned sideways and it didn't hit his chest at all. His protests aren't very strong as he knows what he did. I've been called for hand ball similarly years ago in midfield. My arm was at my side, but I was trying to chest it and leaning over. Ball hit my hand and popped forward for me to dribble perfectly. The key word in the rules is "deliberate" blocking of the ball with the hand or arm. Which he did. If ball was going faster, then VAR probably wouldn't have given it as penalty, but since it was slower, it was deemed deliberate arm going toward the ball's path on goal. If ball was going out of bounds anyway, then it probably wouldn't have been given.

  5. I absolutely LOVE the EPL. The speed, intensity, and desire by even the "non-big" teams is wildly entertaining and engaging. No other league like it.

  6. Good for Leeds. A club that will make the Prem stronger if they can stay up. However, very much disagree with the hand ball call… Mans would have had to chop his arm off in order not to have it touch his arm.

  7. Not a penalty… Tarkowski couldn’t have tucked his hand behind his back any further; the ball was coming at an angle, and if it hadn’t hit him, Pickford would’ve easily caught it as it was heading straight for him. VAR isn’t the problem; the problem is the incompetence.

  8. Leeds robbed a game with a penalty preposterous at least
What could he do ? Cut his arm off Come on we are altering matches and Leagues results with these decisions Sorry Blues you got been abused and deprived of one point.Minimum

  9. I don’t even know what’s a handball is anymore. He had his hand behind. Is he supposed to contort his arm and make it disappear behind his back like he is doing yoga, or was he supposed to dodge it like he is on the Matrix 😂. These handball decisions are getting worse every year.
