Hi i am learning to play soccer, and i have tryouts in 7 days. I want to get familiar with the ball with both my right and left foot, but i don’t have any equipment or any large places to play. What at-home ball-mastery exercises should i try, how many times, and how it will be used in real-games. Thank you so much!
At what age level is it appropriate to incorporate this, is U14 too soon?
I agree with most of what you said, but the first one is fundamentally wrong. If you kill it, you can turn. Use your arm to protect you and the ball from the defender, and move the ball both sides , you can fake a turn and turn in the opposite direction 💯
