He was recruited from Russia actually, the talks were in place when he played in Russian premier league and Spaletti has worked in Russia before so he was open to sign from there. And Kvara had the most dribbles attempted in the world that year, much more than Neymar and other dribblers 😊
This “experts” seem to completely miss that Kvara had a stint for 3.5 years in wealthy Russian clubs and Russian Premiere league which is way stronger then Georgian league. He even played 2 games in European competitions and was well known by scouts
