  1. Great assist by #10, even better goal by #5. This was perhaps the most important goal of the World Cup for USWNT. Getting a second goal vs. Germany confirmed US dominance over their most dangerous opponent in the tournament.

  2. Very nicely worked goal. Seeing Wambach struggle to get that loose ball near the touchline was sad but she controlled it , made the pass back to her outlet and this goal was the fruit of her efforts and hold up play.

  3. If you take away this goal… and the penalty shot by Lloyd… and give Germany a redo on their penalty shot.. until they score… then Germany wins this game, guys.

  4. I was thrilled to see O'Hara enter the game.  Good things were going to happen with her in there.  Also Germany had no answer for Alex Morgan or Carli Lloyd and the defense overall was nearly flawless.  Who would have thought that Germany would have so few real chances to score.

  5. Kelley O'Hara is a superb attacking player who the USWNT asked to move to defender for the 2012 Olympics out of necessity. The fact that she scored a goal like this is no surprise, and I am damn thrilled for her.
