In the NBA, if a defenders moves into a shooters landing space and the shooter comes down on him, the foul is on the defender not the jumper… obviously with cleats its a different story but still, I feel like the jumper should be protected especially if they're on offense, which was the case here as kelly had won the ball
So that's it for headers going forward then. Can't jump because your feet might come down. I get that he's come down on the ankle but if you don't have control over where you come down I don't know what we're doing here.
