  1. Great work, Coach Javi! As someone passionate about soccer and science, it is so great to see that you're making use of statistical tools to better improve performance in the player and training sessions. I have a question regarding the technical aspect of the player: On minute @4:32 receives the ball to his left but still forces him self to receive with the right, and proceed to shoot with his right. I have never played pro, but I've watched many many games and consider my self an avid student of the game. Correct me if I'm wrong, but it's better for him to set himself up with the left, and then shoot with the right in order to minimize time, and to freeze the opponent a second. Sorry I made this message so long, but like you, I believe where one can improve the most, is in the details.
    Hugs from England!

  2. great video! wanted to know how Isak planks to get a pro contract…I know training is a big component, but what is he doing off the field to build connections and get closer to getting that pro contract?

  3. Another great video! I really like the way you are planning to split the session out.  I'm looking forward to seeing it.  I think most of us appreciate you talking through all of it.  It helps us understand where you're coming from.  Thank you!  Keep them coming!

  4. Why doesn’t he tryout for USL or NASL? Is the pay better aboard ? Is it the international spot he would take (assuming he’s an International) ? Tryouts are under $250 in USL and as low as $100.

  5. Im about 2/3rds through the video so maybe you will answer it as i watch haha,

But what do you use to track his heart rate? Like the actual monitor and app where you see all of the information?

  6. COACH JAVI GRACIAS POR LA RESPUESTA A LA PREGUNTA QUE LE HICE SOBRE EL CROSSFIT Y EL FUTBOL EN EL VIDEO ANTERIOR. LE COMENTO QUE SUS VIDEOS ME HAN AYUDADO MUCHO PARA EL ENTRENAMIENTO PERSONAL QUE LE DOY A UN SOBRINO QUE JUEGA DE CM EN HIGH SCHOOL Y EN UN CLUB.MUCHO EXITO Y GRACIAS OTRA VEZ

  7. Good video.. first time i watched your channel.. Really liked how you you used the wall to do shooting with him instead of passing it to him directly… also.interesting how you incororate analytical data into his performance.. my coach also used the polar heart rate device for specific running tests when I was playing in Luxembourg but you went into a lot more detail of how his body is reacting during the whole training.. 1 question..with the questionnaire that he fills out….when he is feeling tired…are there are any ways you push him mentally so that he is strong in this aspect? Cheers coach

  8. take some net and shut your gate by this net tightly ( you get a wall ) then do with this device everything you want- shooting or passing ( the same ball will back to you through 1 second ) you will save powers and time, so simple 🙂
