By the time the 2010 World Cup started, many many people questioned why on Earth did Capello call him to the squad just for him to crush Rio Ferdinand's knee in training. This kids I swear…

…Heskey has his detractors but his first 18/24 months at Liverpool were boss…he’d occupy a couple of defenders leaving space for Fowler or Owen…after that he was shunted out to the left wing were his attributes were wasted…
