Totally correct from Jesse Marsch. To be honest, Pioli has taken Milan as far as he could and it's time for a new manager next season with fresh ideas but also fresh upgrades as they can't be relying on Giroud forever.
The mentality comes from the coach and the moment Milan went down, the entire team looked done.
