I think people take tactics and coaching the wrong way. Only a tiny percentage of people in the world could ever play the game professionally. But any person who spends time learning, watching, and engaging in the sport can become a great manager. It doesn't matter where you come from. Starting from grass roots, sunday team, club team, i've seen it with my own eyes.
