No matter whether it is Mou's short lived rough gaslighting (does not last longer than 2 seasons), Guardiola's convoluted tactics, Ancelotti's relaxed "seduction", etc, the manager needs to be fresh and energetic to bear with that locker room full with school boys.
Guardiola left Barça in 2012, depleted after 2 years of war with Mou. Most elite managers, unlike Ferguson, have stints lasting few years until they leave.
10 years is a long stint. Much successful in England, not that much successful in Europe -he still snatched one UCL trophy-. His end as City's manager might be nigh.

As a Madrid fan I genuinely thought we would win the game by just 2-1 or it would end with a draw . On paper the city should've thrashed madrid but what a performance we delivered , still the game isn't done . There is a whole 90mins left at Etihad and anything can happen, we have to play exactly like we played in the 1st leg .❤
