  1. James is great in a dead ball situation, but not on the same planet as Tiss in free running open play. Tiss's skill in beating people one on one was outstanding, right up there.

  2. Imagine LeTiss, at the height of his career, if he actually submitted to a fitness and dietary regime? He never looked athletics of fit and yet he was amazing!

  3. Comparing him to Beckham is a bloody travesty and I'm glad that JWP stood against that and said no. His technique is massively superior. The only other free kick taker anywhere near his level of consistency was Juninho Pernambucano.

  4. I’m from Guernsey and Le Tiss is a legend quite rightly full respect for staying at Southampton and definitely should have had more England caps, BTW his brother Kevin also should’ve gone pro just as good as Matt but stayed with his family in Guernsey.

  5. You guys need to get Matt back on sky and apologise to him. It's a disgrace that you fired someone for expressing a difference of opinion. He's a good man who does loads for charity, he's never been involved in anything horrible, he doesn't disrespect or bully people, he's a nice, humble, honest, decent family man. If there's no room for that at your organisation then something is wrong. You don't have to agree with what he said in order to respect his right to say it.
