  1. As a Crew supporter it was a fledgling dream of having Higuain. It'd hurt a little to see him go to DC but I'd be happy just to see him here.

    Also wanna squash any tired claims of MLS being a retirement league. Who has actually retired here that is supposed to give the league this moniker? Keane? Nope. Went to India. Beckham? Nope. Went to PSG. Ibra? Nope. Rafa Marquez? Nope. Cauhatemoc Blanco? Nope. Didier Drogba? Nope. Very few of these 'old, washed up' dudes actually retire here and this isn't 1999. Nobody comes here to relax their careers. If they do, they get found out and left behind.

  2. I'm hopefully optimistic that Jaap Stam will succeed, I think he has a better start, personnel wise than last year, marginal or otherwise, aside from sticking to a certain philosophy is a plus.
