No one wants to say it, Let me say it." I THINK IT'S TIME FOR PEP TO GO" Why? Because, he is refusing to evolve. Sometimes just play direct football. You counter and you run the opposite defenders. We have one of the most well paid No9 and yet he is never fed and Halaand himself only wants seaters. He is overrated because he doesn't work for his goals ,he just want them nicely served to finish…To many touches around the opposition 18 is our biggest issue because if you don't hit people on a break you would have given the opposition enough time to sort out their back 4 and park the bus….And we are failing to brake the sitting defense. KDB is gone and no one can pick Halaand up and no one has the guts to defile PEP like KDB used to do. These both matches I was screaming for someone to shoot outside the boxes so we can go for rebounds or bread crumbs but no – nothing. A D2 TEAM would have done better. We need new ideas ,I couldn't even tell the difference in play or strategy of the 1st and 2nd half. Ball position doesn't pay people, A win by crook or hook is what counts……
The problem is not Pep's tactics it's the player's failure to take responsibility of their mistakes. Absolutely poor mentality changing the manager won't help anything with players like these😢

I couldnt beleive my eyes yesterday, we went from pep adapting to direct football, and it turned out SUPER successful, but pep man, why the heck did he switch to possesion FC, and its always the same, we are on the wing, then the winger finds a midfielder, passes it back, and then it gets passed back to defence, a]then they re attack, and boom, the opposition takes theball and we concede, same so]tory over and over again, pep man, please more direct football and risky passes posession is useless if yiu can create chances.
And is that the best he thinks is doing.not controlling the ball not utilising the few chances he gets.not being clinical.the guy should start to watch what other strikers do
What is more impressive is that Bodo/Glimt is a group made up of mostly home grown players from Bodo or the surrounding region of Bodo. There's no ''rich uncle'' who has showered the club or the players with tons of money, it's victories and achivements are purely blood, sweat and tears– Hard work, focus and dedication paying off.
