It's very obvious that the FA, VAR, PGMOL and other associations have forgotten the importance of the beautiful soccer/football game and that is SCORING GOALS… I mean that's the main aim of a match is to score a goal and win the game. This is my point that there is no rules in the law of football saying that a game should be stopped or pulled back within a certain period to review a goal decision I this happens time and again referees on field are confused and left with no help decision making process to make a decision if a goal is given or not given. It's like the FA etc have left this important key out and just focused on red cards, fouls, and identity. NO WHERE IS THERE ANYTHING ABOUTS GOALS. come on this as to change…
Gary Neville is wrong
Poor Andros, wanted to get the chance to talk but kept getting cut off
How many mistakes has VAR made this season? The point of VAR was to remove human error.
Akes goal, United vs Wolves, this game, and many others where VAR has not done its job. From the camera angles they use, to the initial images they show the ref if he does to go to the screen the whole thing is a farce.
Why dont they just use the same technology as the Bundesliga? This should have been implemented instead of it being turned down. This situation proves how much we need it in the premier league
Gary Nevill you should be ashamed of yoursely. A political reply, maybe you're looking forward to your next job within football.
Tennis has had automated technology in use for years… why is it so hard to implement for football?
Huh. Well this interview is VERY different to what you're saying about it today. Someone call you and tell you off?🤔
everything is very clear, the mistakes that occur are very ridiculous, taking action by firing all the referees in the game will make your reputation recover, or you will be abandoned by investors!

Why don’t they get what serie a uses for offside which is 100% accurate and could never get wrong, even if your knee cap is off , it will be called off
Imagine losing the Prem title by one point – hypothetically – what good will and admission or apology do you?
What a disgrace! I'm a Man United fan and I think that a re-match has to be held. The match was so important because the winner of this season could've changed. Liverpool had a momentum to be placed on the 1st place of the table and they could've made it. Even if the match had ended draw, Liverpool could've been on the 2nd place. It's a huge disgrace. It should never have happened.
Imagine urself inside VAR room & made this goal mistake then just few minutes later u purposely asked the referee to change Jones yellow to red 🤦♀️ It was deliberate act of cheating 🤏
Why is the linesman's decision not being questioned first and foremost?? Forget VAR, that was so clearly onside. Has he got sight issues? This is when integrity starts being questioned. Also when did the VAR monitor only start showing paused video footage?? Is this just the monitor at Spurs or is that down to VAR? When did the full video clip get stopped? Love them or loathe them Liverpool are getting some very poor calls this past few seasons. Not just Tierney now either. Mike Dean has exposed them.
Disagree. Goal line technology has always been trusted, but offside has never been trusted as the lines are drawn manually, often not on the part of the defender's body that is the furthest part forward, but then people just say you can't argue with it because 'it's technology, so it can't be wrong.' Very occasionally they forget to draw the lines at all, but it's pretty frequent that the line is drawn in the incorrect place.
Admit their mistake because its blatant, early he was banging on about decision that he thought weren't right on off side's, maybe they never admit their mistake then , it was horrendous error , l dont want it to happen to my club, and then they admit their mistake and say sorry, sometimes ppl in life are not cut out for their job , and lose it, a error like that in another field off work would be out the door , refs are the untouchables, , maybe that would make the new refs do their jobs properly ,
Was Man Utd goal v Arsenal any different? Why furore about this and not that decision?
If the var had watched the screen then how can they not know what we are checking . The skysports youre self townsend knew why they checked . They didnt look . Lets see the cam from and audio from the event
I’m a Spurs fan and what I don’t understand is why can’t they reinstate the goal Diaz scored. That’s what I personally want here. When there is a clear terrible error like this they should be able to reinstate the goal scored. I think they should consider doing this for all game. Any offside decisions which ruled out goals that that were onside just add the goal on. Sometimes an apology isn’t enough
Come on Gary, people in other professions at the top level surely get penalized if not fired for a blatant error like this, with investigation and such. So critical in some topics, while soft on others–I see you got no principles
