As bayern fan i accepted the way as team bayer played. Even 2000 they played well under topmuller and reach ucl final with ballak. even bayern in form they could even win title maybe 2 weeks from now.

If Leverkusen secure a treble with the Europa league and finish the bundesliga undefeated, they would have a shout but I still don't think they are better than 12/13 Bayern.
That team finished with 91 points and only one loss (to Leverkusen ironically) and had a +80 GD with significantly more goals scored and fewer allowed. Also that was a stronger bundesliga in my opinion.
whats this clickbait headline? lets see how many pts Leverkusen will gain at the end of the season. currently, Heynckes' Bayern with 91 pts are the best BL team in history points-wise (4 draws, one loss) followed by Pep's Bayern in 2013/14 with 90 pts.
Winning the Bundesliga with zero losses is incredible and even more incredible is that it's Bayer Leverkussen. It reminds me of when FC. Kaiserslautern won the championship in the 1997-1998 becoming the only team that got promoted and in their first year immediately won the championship
