This Year's best manager to date is Marco Baroni considering the squad and the pre-season prospects of S.S Lazio he and the team under his leadership are performing BEYOND all the wildest predictions and expectations, Ranieri is a close second to set A.S Roma straight after Juric who's tenure was horrible but the squad was always there and Ranieri set things as they should be on the field and motivated and fired up Roma's team and whole environment.

Ranieri is old, so he doesn't understand modern things like analytics and stats. Such lazy commentary. The truth is actually the opposite. Ranieri is able to analyze the team he has and optimize them to play at their best, for their level. That's why he succeeded with teams like Leicester and Cagliari, and now Roma.
Conte is the best, he is making players who are out of their league fight for a title in season one. But Ranieri deserves some praise for steering the Roma ship around.
