It depends on what court you play. If you play on a hard court, the balls will end up more green. If you play on a clay court, the balls end up more yellow. I haven't played on a grass court so no idea about that.
However, an average fresh ball straight out the can would lean more towards yellow. There are slight variations among the particular model of balls but it's not that much.
