As an American, I'm glad to see the Iraqi's played really well and deserved to be on that pitch and be proud. On a another note, this Erling Haaland guy is absolute cinema and should be on as many TV screens as possible.

Man I'm halfway through this video and the score does not reflect the game so far. Looks like Iraq had a lot of opportunities to score. They had some seriously beautiful runs and shots. They keep shooting like this and who knows, maybe they beat France or Senegal and get into The knockout round.

Give credit to Iraq, they could have sat back and defended but they created a lot of chances for an entertaining game.
Wasn't a great pass back to the keeper but you have to to out to meet that one. He had plenty of time to clear it if he just went toward the ball.
Um that last goal should not have been allowed , it was a hand ball! VAR?

Happy to see Iraq and Iran in the same world cup. The Middle East and Africa are making historic berths in the world up. Helps to have a lot more places available, but nice to see smaller markets represented.

Congratulations to Norway on the win. But one thing bothers me: why didn't the referee call a foul near the goal when the Iraqi player was kicked by a Norwegian player right after taking the shot? It was a crucial chance to equalize.
Regardless of which team I support, I really hate refereeing mistakes and any actions that appear biased. Fairness should always come first in sports.
