Iran atheletes are a mix bag of different ideology & even religion. The Iranian women football team refused to sing Iran anthem in protest of Iran government. In past 50 years the current Iran government have jailed & publicly execuyeIranian athletes who speak against Iran government. Saleh Mohammadi was hanged publicly 2026 & famously Navid Afkari murdered 2
