  1. it s not about defenders but about Vincent's defense tactics where he only focuses on 1 on 1 man-mark, which causes troubles in defense. Offense always have better chances than defense when it comes to 1 on 1 and other teams are using advantage of it. Which team in the league or even in other leagues uses this sloppy defense tactic?

  2. From Bavarian Football Works-Bayern Munich Daily News & Commentary:
"Bayern’s defence is as shaky as a house of cards in a hurricane
After last season’s, at times, questionable defensive displays, Bayer Leverkusen’s Jonathan Tah was presented as Bayern’s solution to sure up the defence. The defence is anything but sure." The article also goes on to say: To be fair, the blame cannot be placed entirely on the 29-year-old German centre-back. The team as a whole and coach has a heavy hand to play.

  3. Yes, this was a VERY intense match and Augsburg did not come to finish second. But, Bayern are loaded and with the addition of Diaz they look to repeat. I think they're also a threat for soem of the other titles/trophies up for grabs. PSG still looks to be the dominant team in European football, but Bayern will not make it easy for PSG.

  4. team was tired and under pressure today. yet everyone worked hard. augsburg is not an easy opponent although we all expected the win. at this phase it's more necessary to continue winning while the team recovers. josip was brilliant today in his forward runs and i think i'm enjoying his all-around style. his coordination wpith diaz can improve. the five man defense with olise as support caught my eye. i like how kane is more goal focused with diaz and gnabry coming in to help. i'd like to see jamal grow more into a false 9 over time and cover the wings for relief and scoring opportunities. tah and upa need to get in tune. kim should also get his fair chances and allow for smooth rotation. jonas needs to grow up and listen to Neuer. he's got potential but there's many out there who wasted their good fortune for pride. train harder and listen to your mentor. not many get chances like this.
