FC Barcelona have won the 61st Festa del Gamper Estrella Damm, beating Al Ahly 2-1 on a special night at Spotify Camp Nou. Hamza Abdelkarim and Raphinha scored the first-half goals before Zizo pulled one back for the Egyptian side after the break. The game followed the presentation of the 2026/27 squad to the 54,224 fans in attendance. Hansi Flick and Raphinha, acting as first captain, addressed the crowd before kick-off, while the new signings were given a warm welcome, with Rodri receiving the biggest ovation. It was also the first Gamper at Spotify Camp Nou in four years.

    I know we as Barcelona fans are happy with the signing of Rodri and all…but we still wouldn’t win UCL if Hansi Flick does not drop his highline/offside way of defending in Europe.

    This is just the truth of the matter. The fact that Barca keeps conceding the same type of goals means there is a tactical problem that needs to be corrected in the defensive area.
