Just because he never won a champions league doesn’t mean he’s an average player.. there are a plethora of major players that never won the UCL… that doesn’t define a player. Defining a player by a single series of trophies is dangerous. Remember on every team that wins those titles, there are tons of players that are on that team that didn’t contribute to the success… but they still get that reward.
