I don't think that timbers will qualify for play offs this year or this season
I’m sorry but it’s a really soft red! Both players needed to be given a yellow card and walk away. I understand the law but if I’m holding my arm out and a player rams his face into my hand is it a red card. Asprilla is getting harassed by Galvan. Galvan then bends down while asprilla is trying to take back the ball making contact with asprillas hand. I’ve seen so many plays this year that should have been called for this but they weren’t yet this was what was given a red. If this was going to be a red then all of those should have been as well. Also pro refereeing is an embarrassment to the soccer community.
Let's be honest: Ted Unkel completely bungled the Asprilla situation. No punishment for the Rapids player for pushing him. If Unkel had nipped it in the bud on the sideline maybe it doesn't come to that. As it is the Rapids guy goes down like he's shot (DIVE). Should've been a yellow for each of them.

Asprilla was aiming to punch the ball away while the Colorado player was embellishing a dive to the ground.

Blanco's replacement has been and should be Santiago moreno, our new player. He's a good player and at most hungry. Been involved in good plays and almost scored in a couple of them. Asprilla however is another issue,
Great video. As a timbers fan I am incredibly disappointed in Asprilla. A great player and one reaction could cost us the title. It hurts so bad to see Blanco come off in tears.even without those 2 RCTID
