  1. But what if we don’t even have team training as an option and play soccer for fun. Are u sure these tips will help me be the best in games with friends

  2. Bro i will tell you somthing i have no one to play with 😢and i am alone i don't even have a….a green field like yours but still i am grateful but somtimes i see somone play with friends in a big field which i can't play in but i am just sooo lonely i just wanna enjoy my time playing football😢😢😢

  3. so….the whole stretching thing before training/playing is a little wrong. Current consensus is muscle lengthening static stretches weaken muscles and should be done AFTER. Stretching good, just after. So dynamic movements before are good. static stretching after good.

  4. I’m a 38 year old woman and I’ve played since I was 6 years old, but tore my ACL nearly 2 years ago. I’m finally getting close to being able to resume women’s and co-ed leagues and these videos are going to help me so much, esp since I don’t even have any team training as an option at this point. Thanks for your excellent content!

  5. Do NOT do static stretching as a part of a warm-up. This especially true the older you get. It increases the chance of injury. Static stretching should be done at the end of workout.

  6. Fantastic video. I am a 40+ adult who has never played a day in his life. I found a great group of people and have gotten into the game. The hardest part for me is not knowing the basics of what I CAN do and your video gave me a TON of things I can do to get better. Like I said, Fantastic video!
