Why does it feel so weird for me to bend my foot and hit with the laces, am i maybe doing it wrong? It feels weird and it just works worse for me bjt my normal technique is weak๐๐๐

Something else that you don't really 'have' to do, but you still probably should anyway. Consistently train core, and improve calisthenics to develop your balance. If you tighten your core at the right time, and have a good sense of balance to drive it fully without tripping up. Your shots might not have a drastic increase in power but they'll feel way easier. This also goes a lot for dribbling, dribbling becomes 1000x easier when you're able to balance easy.
its also useful to sprint on the beach, because the sand adds resistance to your foot and toes. this will also help strengthen calves and chins
But i fear what if my toes hit the ground and i know you will say that rotate your feet but by that my shot accuracy reduces drastically

dont listen to this bullshit. dont waste your time curling your toes like this, with a marble. Shit exercise. Do squats, aim for double bodyweight unless your super heavy and tall, above 90kg. You will be amazed when you see how much harder you can shoot. You think you are shooting hard just because you are getting a clean hit with propper techneque, but you need power to make it go fast, trust me…
I did that and I hit one of the yr 11
And don,t forget the leg flexibility cuz more flexible the leg the more momentum u can unleash in a single strike even though i was volleyball player
