  1. Man! I'm struggling with this, I'm coaching u9 girls 7v7 and have 10 players and I'm playing 1-3-2 formation and trying to keep the girls playing in same position for a few weeks so they not getting confused

  3. I always started on subs most of the game. I had more than double subs time than almost everyone on the team. Coach never put me in my favourite position, and now i feel tired of this. Its been happening for 3 years and i turned up to every training there has been while others havent. Most of the time i come home from games feeling sad, down, depressed. This is from a local team from where i live. I just hope it changes.
