How to Head a Soccer Ball

1. Body Positioning: Keep your eyes open and on the ball as it approaches. Position your body so that your head is behind the ball, allowing you to generate power. Lean slightly backward to give yourself space to move your head freely.

2. Contact: Use your forehead to make contact with the ball. Aim to hit the ball with the area between your hairline and eyebrows for maximum control and power. Keep your head and neck muscles relaxed but stable to cushion the impact.

3. Follow Through: Direct the ball with your forehead to the desired target. Keep your head moving naturally through the motion, following the trajectory of the ball. Use your arms for balance.
