Soccer Cool Down Exercises #1 – The purpose of your warm up should be to heat up the muscles and joints to prevent injury and prepare for performance.
Soccer Cool Down Exercises #2 – The purpose of the warm up should not be to stretch and loosen up the muscles. Because tighter muscles produce more explosive movement. This will help you be quicker and more powerful on the field.
Soccer Cool Down Exercises #3 – That doesn’t mean you shouldn’t do “dynamic stretching” these stretches will warm up the body without really loosening your muscles (and releasing the power). “Static stretches” are meant to be done after soccer games to help release the tension and speed up recovery.

I am doing this daily before bed, after that I feel better, I am doing this about three years, now I am much flexible, also I want to learn how to do split, it's ineresting π
