Hey I just moved to a new club and it is a good club but not a good team. So we play against very good teams but we always lose. Our big weakness is our center midfielders. They all have a bad touch, no size, no speed, they take too long playing the ball and when they do it's a bad pass. So we spend the whole game defending. When we clear the ball, no one has the speed or effort to win in and the other team gets the ball and we have to defend again. We have a great defense but when you are defending the whole game, there is always gonna be a goal scored. We never get any scoring chances. My question is: How to I get this team to progress and win some games?

Im in a new team i play left back when we have The ball im sorride about The counter attack should i go attack With wingers And strikers or defend And our Right back Is really bad we also need help in goal kicks thx😄
Dylan, I worked all the way through your confidence program and it helped more than I expected it would. Your other programs have been helpful, but this one was simply on another level. I showed up to my game last weekend to discover that, due to injuries and other defenders not showing up the full 30 minutes early, my coach was reluctantly including me in the starting XI. I played with a confidence I never had before and found myself playing the full half, even as other defenders got subbed on and off. At halftime my coach expressed surprise at how well I was playing and started me in the second half as well. I was so confident, so free of worry, that I lead the defense to become a wall that didn't even allow a single shot on target and we won the game.
The team we were playing was the best team in the league. They had a +10 goal difference going into that game and it was only the 3rd game. I went from being a player who mostly rode the bench and got 15-30 shaky minutes on the field per game to a key part of the team practically overnight. My teammates love to joke about and ponder what it was that made me transform into such a more effective player but I just smile and know the real reason is my improved confidence.

I am a big fan of yours and I have downloaded all of your programs but in your program 'play like a pro' you show us that we should do weight lifting to gain more strength and power, but I am only 14 which means that it could stunt my growth. I'm not sure what to do, if you could tell me what I should do or if anyone else has this problem. All help appreciated.
Hey man are you a coach? You should be, if you're still trying to be a professional then ok but time is ticking. I think you could be a coach at an MLS academy, you know so much and can help young players develop. Think about it…
