Really like Bellamy. Think he has the knowledge, passion and drive to succeed. He's not under any illusions that he's automatically going to become a great coach because he played at a high level. Couldn't ever see him as a pundit throughout his career but pretty impressed.

Henry has made a mistake. He should have waited for a strong club. If Guardiola had started his managerial career with a relegation-threatened team, he would not be where he is today. Same goes for Zidane. As manager, Henry risks going the way of Allan Shearer.
