I'm a chelsea fan but i couldn't disagree with this more. Hazard's worse spell was arguably mourinho's second stint at Chelsea. No doubt Mourinho knew how to get the best out of players, but he also destroyed a lot of players. i wouldn't say he's the best at player management at all. Terry looks at him through rose tinted glasses.
And people said Mourinho held back players like Hazard with his tactics. This is why he sold Mata, because he had Hazard and needed Mata to be one of the ten doing the extra work for Hazard, and that wasn't Mata's game at all. And it's why he loved Oscar.
