  1. Tell the strikers to look at Pulisic. He had to do it in Germany. Then he had to do it in England. Then Chelsea have signed some tough competition and he'll have to keep doing it. We're long past time when there's more competition for spots in the MLS. Without pro-rel, players need direct competition.

  2. Observations while watching the video, and posted after finishing the video.
    1) Wiebe – Trade in that 2003 Nokia flip phone for a proper web cam dude! You look like something from the movie 'Poltergeist'.
Much love and respect otherwise though…
    2) Any day Charlie Davies is on the show is a good day. I don't always agree with some of the stuff he says, but I can never argue with his reasoning.
    CD is da bomb 100%!
    3) Twellman's knowledge of the game is impressive, and his energy in calling a game is borderline entertaining. But his tendency to engage in exaggerated hyperbole can get boring and, I think, one of the reasons that he is paired with John Champion as an announcer.
Twellman is the stereotypical 'over-the-top' American exaggerator, while Champion is the quintessential Brit who is born with a rapier wit born of understatement.
When I see a game with "Twellman/ Champion" on the call list, I always tune in.
    For Champion…
    4) It took me a minute or two to notice it, but Doyle – who I have always respected – launched himself to the top of my "I really like that guy!" list just because of that framed Asimov tribute over his right shoulder.
Any friend of Issac's, is a friend of mine.
Fist bump, nerd-gang signs, whatever… You are straight up fam, dawg!
    5) Hate to see LGP and Brek leave the ATL, but glad we could help out a struggling upstart to make the league better.
That said, I'm pretty pissed about LGP leaving. We practically have a bar with no real bouncer right now.
    6) @1:06:43, CD lays down EXACTLY what the business of international soccer is all about, using Joss Sargent as a perfect example.
'If you wanna be fed, you gotta be hungry ALL. THE. TIME."
    7) Charlie, DO NOT try to do the Ronaldo haircut!
I like you, man! Why would you wanna harsh my calm?!?

  3. Lol, they changed the name of the thumbnail due to the potential backlash. "Can Christian Pulisic become the GOAT of Chelsea FC & American Soccer?" Answer: Hell naw, to the naw, naw, naw.
