🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 It's already gone all to shambles 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Baggio needs to be apart of this reform
Mario Baloteli
They don’t have a world class superstar anymore, maybe outside of Donnarumma. Who are their top attackers? Defenders? Who are their rising stars? Serie A teams struggle in the Champions League. Italy is no longer a top tier footballing nation.
those LED billboards are definitely meant for the online TV broadcast audience—the spectators at the stadium can't see them. From inside the arena, I could only make out the players' silhouettes; at that distance, how could I possibly see any billboards? It is essentially a payment method === LED billboard。。。I can't believe I'm actually watching soccer matches on a paid channel.Since national team matches are infrequent and the venues see little use for them—whereas clubs utilize the facilities heavily—clubs with sufficient funds should build and operate their own stadiums, while the national team can simply rent them.Selling some Italian delicacies at the stadium would certainly help boost the team's revenue a bit, too.
Fabergas has been quite successful with Como. And Only 1 Italian player, 32-year-old defender Edoardo Goldaniga, saw any game action—logging precisely 1 minute as a late substitute against Fiorentina. With only 6 Italian players on the club, total. He doesn’t believe in Italian players, because he can’t win with them. He knows he can’t implement his style of play with them. His teams play well. But managers and clubs like that, aren’t helping the national team. Not many Italian players get into the starting 11 in serie. And that’s scary. You can’t build a national team that way.
Andrea Pirlo is the next head coach
Noi i prossimi Mondiali li faremo su Marte
The problem as I see it with Italian football is that the kids in Italy are not playing in the streets like they used to. So there is a lack of creativity in play, a deep emotional attachment to the game from an early age, and a tough mentality to show what you can do. Its not about these famous people and what they can do, its about the street culture of calcio that was once so strong. Demographically Italian couples in the 1990# into 2000s were getting married older and having at most two children, if one is a boy there is only a small chance he will want to play football professionally. This is another problem.
I believe its official that Maldini is the technical director. Its possible that Pirlo will be the coach.
They are not tò rebuild It with Pirlo!!!Take Conte!
. Italy always underestimates the opposition due to their massive egos. Couldn’t even beat Bosnia to qualify for 2026( no offence to Bosnia ,there’s not many of them).
It all sounded good and then they're going to appoint Pirlo….
Italians are stubborn and prideful and not for the good reason. They are so set in their ways and unwilling or hesitant to adapt. My proof: Missed 3 World Cups, the league sucks and teams don’t have that much talent anymore. The youth teams are doing well but somehow those talent get lost in the system. The clubs are responsible for it. Also, the clubs fan sees their teams ruining the national yet, they don’t care. You’ve missed 3 WC and fighting a foreigner coming to help. The mighty brazil is trying a coach from your nation, Ancelotti. Also, I have even seen some fans speaking negatively about blacks and other races that are Italians playing for the national team. Spain has Yamal, 16 won the Euro, 19 won the WC and also Nico. England, Germany, etc has players from other races. Yes, they are some criticism but not the level i hear from Italians. A 4th World Cup miss is on the horizon if they don’t have an open mind and change. The world has and is changing so adapt.
Please stop self-arm with fake cliché: in Italy we have the lobby of big club which prefer to sign a cheap experieced player from other countries (poor countries or rich countries, but older and experienced players) than give the opportunity to a young player without esperience. In the last decades our under national teams did very well, but that players need to play, if you are young you make more mistakes and the big club don't like it.
Lobby is not corruption and its everywheare, unfortunatly. Don't please people of the country you live in with fake cliché.
I think A.Pirlo Better coach this time very importent
Why do they insist on having women as hosts of the show in a men's sport? not enough women's sports?
Rebuild Juventus and you shape the national team.
REBUILDING WHAT ITALIAN FOOTBALL DOSENT NEED REBUILDING I TELL YOU WHAT WHAT THE PROBLEM BUT REALLY ITS NOT A PROBLEM THE SELECTERS TO SELECT THE BEST PLAYERS YEA GEOGRAPHY IS THE PROBLEM SOUTH OF ITALY IS NOT AFRICA ORE ENY WHERE ALS SOUTH OF ITALY IS PART OF ITALY SO SELECTERS CAN ALSO SELECT PLAYERS FROM THE SOUTH ITALY BUT THIS IS WAY IT IS ITALIAN NATIONAL TEAM PLAYERS MUST ALL BE FROM NORTH OF ITALY BECAUSE IN SOUTH ITALY THE ONY PLAY CRICKET THE ARE NO FOOTBALERS IN SOUTH OF ITALY MANY MANY CLASSY PLAYERS BUT NEVER PKAY NATIONAL TEAM MUST BE FROM THE NORTH PLAY FOR ITALY
OK so now Guardiola has rejected Italy it looks like Andrea Pirlo. A man that has flopped everywhere he has managed. Here comes four in a row !!
The signing of Maldini gives me hope. But he definitely has an uphill battle to fight. There's a lot of people in FIGC that are just stuck in the old way of thinking, and refuse to accept any change whatsoever.
I want Baggio and Del Piero in the Italian football setup.
Pressing sharp fast counter attacking direct football is what Italy should aim for. Totally agreed that we need more technical players with great positional awareness. Smart forwards that can beat offside traps. And we need two things in Italian football.
1. More oil money
2.Incentivise serie A clubs to play more Italian home grown players in the starting eleven, by giving giving more revenue and TV broadcasting share. Bring world class English speaking presenters and analysts to cover Serie A. Build a blue print to compete with EPL. There is no rocket science to this. UK economy is not exactly thriving but their football structure and economics of EPL are sound.
That 2006 Italian team was full of legends . Totti, Buffon, Cannavarro, Pirlo , Del Piero etc etc. Hard to believe they have fallen so much. As a football lover, I would love to see Italy back in the world cup
16 from UEFA
16 from Africa
16 from Pacific Asia
16 from AmericaS
64 teams World Cup is perfect 🎉
16 groups of 4
ONLY Winners advance to R16
The rebuild is beginning with the youth setup all the way to the Nazionale. It will take time but finally something is happening. Italian football is making a come back ❤
This is Italy's last chance. If the competition becomes 64 nations, let's stop fouling and improve with outstanding tactics to qualify for the World Cup. The era of sneaky fouls is over.
My mom's World Cup team, used to be.
Fabragas was attacked BECAUSE Como didn't field one Italian. Not one. Fabragas isn't helping Italian football by playing no Italian players. He might as well be in a different league.
Como is basically a parasite feeding off Italy.
Pep? NO!!…….as good as me 'might' be….Italy needs an Italian coach…it's embarrassing to go and fetch a coach from elsewhere for a nation like Italy…ALSO, league-type coaches rarely transition to National team level. Completely different kettle of fish
Italy was unlucky that the pot 2 team in their group was Norway, who were just as good as any pot 1 team.
Everyone forgets about Baggio’s report on how to fix Italian football. They need to get Baggio involved! Forza Azzurri!
I’m sick and tired of all this talk about Italy rebuilding. What about England? England has all these so-called good players and they haven’t won anything since the 1960s. Talk about that. They have no winning culture. At the end of the day Italian football even with the current roster would be England in a major tournament.
Pep would rather coach the Netherlands than Italy😂
Why don’t you talk about the corruption that goes on in the USA in the soccer game? Did u see the World Cup? You need to apologize.
Como has no Italian players
IF ENY ONE THINKS THAT WAS NORMAL FOR ITALY MISSING 3 WORLD CUPS IN ROW NO WAY I WONDER HOW MANY BETS WERE LAYED FOR ITALIANS MAKING MONEY ALL WAYS COMES FIRST
HOW MUCH MONEY FIFA LOST FOR ITALY MISSING THE WORLD CUP
Male maldini the coach !!
ALL ITALY HAS TO DO IS REALISE AND UNDERSTAND AND KNOW THAT SOUTH OF ITALY IS NOT IN AFRICA SOUTH OF ITALY IS ACTULY IN ITALY WITH LOTS OF CLASSY FOOTBALL PLAYERS AND THEY ARE ELIGIBLE FOR SELECTION YO PLAY FOR THE ITALIAN NATIONAL TEAM
Italy should have been appointed Anchelotti instead he joined Brazil. Pep cannot fix Italy. Italy simply lack talented footballers they aren't Spain.
11:00 also look at Spain, they were the best defensive team at world cup, Marco is right there are many ways to have the best defense.
Marco is talking like Maldini is in charge of the Italian federation but he is just in charge of the national team. In this capacity, Maldini cannot solve the structural problems plaguing Italian football- no structures/facilities, clubs being owned by foreign funds, player agents controlling the league when before there were great and powerful club presidents- sadly Maldini is putting lipstick on a pig of the problems plaguing Italian football
Italy sucks and they are missing next wc as well
As a Romanian we want Italy to comeback to world football with new mentality and style to perform on the biggest football stages as everyone expect from Italy
Pep isn't Italian. International football is such a joke.
