Caicedo is a better 6 than Rice. Rice is a better 8 than Caicedo. Both are world class. Any manager would love to take any of them.
Taking off my Arsenal hat for a moment. Man this guy deserves to win something big for club and/or country. Proper player. Would be a real shame if he ends up with no trophies this season too.

I’m an arsenal fan, and even I know he’s not our best midfielder. So perfect midfielder is such a stretch lol
The thing I also like about Rice as a rival fan, the guy is never injured or out for long periods he's so consistent that's a quality in my opinion you need to be the best player availability is important, Chelsea fans would say Fofana is better than Saliba he barely plays, some say Lavia is better than Rice, availability and consistency will make people respect you a lot.
