Quintero looked offside. Camera angle might affect that, but no VAR is going to overturn that flag.
Once again, I HATE delayed offside flags because they mean VAR has to prove the attacker is clearly ONside, whereas with the flag down VAR has to prove he's clearly OFFside, which is the spirit of the Laws. I don't think it matters here, but it bears repeating.
