    Instead of providing clear solutions, he relies on vague statements like “we need to keep going” or “this is the road we’re on.” This is Real Madrid, not a mid-table team that settles for excuses.

    His treatment of Mbappé is another glaring problem. While he defends him by saying, “moments like this happen,” it’s clear that Mbappé’s lack of form stems from poor tactical support and mismanagement. Ancelotti has failed to adapt the team’s setup to utilize Mbappé effectively, instead allowing him to languish in misplaced positions. This is not a question of patience; it’s a question of leadership.

    Moreover, his inability to rotate the squad properly is costing the team dearly. Injuries are piling up, and the young players he reluctantly fields are left to fend for themselves without proper guidance. His comment on the youngsters needing “experience and nothing else” is laughable when he has refused to give them sufficient minutes throughout the season.

    Finally, his nonchalant attitude towards the league position is alarming. Saying it “was always going to be tough to finish in the top eight” is defeatist and unworthy of a manager at the helm of a club with Real Madrid’s stature. Ancelotti’s refusal to adapt, lack of tactical ingenuity, and over-reliance on past successes are dragging the team down. It’s time for Real Madrid to seriously reconsider whether he is the right man to lead the club forward.
