Both clubs were 15-0 when scoring the first goal. Houston defeated LAFC on both regular season matches, leaving them scoreless at that. The difference was Ryan (the stache) Hollingshead not just his defensive effort against Quiñones but his goal contribution gets him closer to becoming the defender with the most goals in MLS (32).

It looks like Cherundolo crowded the middle and didn't give our wingers the space to get the wide game going. Olsen couldn't find the answer, but still proud of my Dynamo for a good season and I hope this a sign that the franchise is finally turning the corner after years of mediocrity

While I'm happy to see LAFC make it to the MLS Cup for the 2nd season in a row, I was a bit disappointed in Houston not making them work for that W. What made the MLS Cup last year so fun to watch was that Philly, despite losing made it exciting. Hopefully, the upcoming MLS Cup is as exciting as last year's.
