The Girls in Green secured a 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup play-off spot with a famous 1-0 win over Finland WNT at Tallaght Stadium. A new record crowd of 6,952 roared on their side and were rewarded when Lily Agg’s second half header secured the win, guaranteeing 2nd place in Group A.

Pah, thanks for the laugh. As someone that thinks all athletes are spoiled brats to lazy and worthless for real jobs, I love seeing a narrative being pushed base on a horrible performance displayed as amazing.
For the shameful performance and calamities Stephen Kenny brought on our boys, Vera Pauw did the opposite for our wonderful Girls in Green. Time to send Stephen Kenny home, and appoint either Vera or Jim Crawford as men's team coach.
