The performance from DC was honestly the worst performance from a professional team I've ever seen. Keeper was aweful, defense half jogging with no sense of ungency with a striker right off the hip, lazy passes right to the feet of the other team. It's almost like these guys have never seen the pitch before or know where the goal is. These guys would get beat by USL teams easily. Time to get promotion relegation going because this was trash.

I'm going to trash D.C. United because they deserve it. What a horrible organization from the top down, and there are too many horrible clubs like this in the league. THIS is EXACTLY why you have promotion/relegation in actual quality leagues. You DO NOT reward clubs every season for being absolutely terrible. That is negligent. Anyone still insisting pro/rel won't work here is completely full of sh*t. This kind of thing just ruins the league and the level of play. It's the league's and owner's fault that we do not have pro/rel. I HATE D.C. United for one reason… that A-hole announcer. Watching him be unable to say… "It's in the net! It's in the net! OH, it's in the net!" even one time is a thing of beauty. That idiot has no place being an announcer anywhere. It's pathetic this moron has been there since the start of the league. Everyone outside of D.C. despises him. I bet Christian Benteke is super excited that he signed with D.C. 6-0. That is absolutely appalling. APPALLING. This kind of thing is bad for the entire league, and the D.C. United ownership should be ASHAMED of themselves. But I guarantee you, they don't really care that much. They don't have to. No pro/rel. Chicago is another great example. They traded one horrible owner for another, one horrible head coach for another, and one horrible front office and GM for another. Look at RBNY. They have a gorgeous 25,000 seat stadium that they struggle… EVERY MATCH… to get 5,000 people to show up to. And they LIE… straight up LIE… about the attendance at their matches. The stadium is a massive pain in the as* to get to, the ticket prices are way over-inflated, and nobody wants to go. But the league does nothing but continue to peddle this second rate crap, and lie to everyone, and treat fans like garbage. What is so sad is that most MLS fans are so stupid, they don't know what good is, and just cry like babies if you say anything critical. WE SHOULD be critical and demand more and better. This is CRAP. Utter CRAP. I'm an NYCFC fan. STILL… we play on the outfield of an F-ing BASEBALL FIELD!!!!!!! Our championship banner is the size of a POSTAGE STAMP, and they still can't figure out where to put a STADIUM!!!!!!! You had David Villa, Frank Lampard, and Andrea Pirlo playing on that garbage. It's beyond humiliating and embarrassing. But the league and club ownership do not care. Not letting Seattle wear their Concacaf Champion's League patch all season??? WHY??? The entire league is proud of that. Why shouldn't they be allowed to do that??? As much as everyone thinks we've arrived, and the league is so great now. IT ISN'T. This is SH*T. Total SH*T. By the way… attendance has been going down, not up, and not just because of COVID. Look at the garbage website and writers the league shove at us. It's a joke. ExtraTime on YouTube with those moronic CHILDREN on the show??? PLEASE. Andrew Wiebe, Susannah Collins. Good grief. NOBODY from any other country would take that seriously EVER. EVER. But this is the total SH*T they peddle to us, and we accept it. So pay through the as* for dogsh*t. Keep doing it. OR, demand BETTER. We get what we ALLOW to be given to us.
