  1. What can you tell people like me that still get nervous when trying to coach? I tend to get nervous and panic a lot. I find myself stuttering a lot as well and I hate that I have this habit.

  3. If you want a good fitness test/workout do the bronco test. 20yd, 40yd, 60yd shuttle 5 rounds for time. Ex. 20yd down and back 5 times 40yds down and back 5 times and then 60 down and back x5 it’s brutal but feels really good when you finish
