The lad has type 1 diabetes and that heart condition, hasn’t been able to play for a very long time (until fairly recently) not only that but he must’ve been fearing for his life due tae the rife covid. He’s gotten a tiny bit of game time with us again and he is still absolutely quality!
I wondered what had happened to him as whenever I saw him I see him produce match winning moments so I was thinking "surely he's not warming the bench somewhere considering his talent" but now it makes sense. GET WELL SOON ALLAN!

That’s the heart condition that the press said killed Phil O’Donnel. It didn’t, he did die of a heart condition but it wasn’t heart wall thickening.

Hard enough being a diabetic and a pro footballer. Scott gets a lot of stick of signing for Celtic and being a rangers fan. Not going to lie, I was a bit disappointed myself as I rate him highly when on form. Good luck Scott and god speed 💙
As much as i couldn’t stand the guy after moving to Celtic , the fact the guys gonna push through and hopefully get the most out of his career is a credit to himself. Footballs a short career and if you were to hear that your dreams could be cut short would be devastating for anybody. Good luck lad

Wish him well he’s the nicest guy I’ve met was mascot at Dundee united vs hibs and was in Dundee united end even though I’m a hibs fan and he came down to see me and brought me on the bus and gave me a card with everyone’s signatures so best of luck to him
