HERO & VILLAIN: The two sides of Panama forward Blas Pérez | MLS Insider

Opponents hate to play against FC Dallas forward FC Dallas forward Blas Pérez, and not just because of his ruthless finishing skills. But his self-described “aggressive” style comes from a powerful desire to make his family proud. See “Super Ratón” explain his tattoos, his signature goal celebration, and his parenting philosophy as he looks toward leading Panamá in the CONCACAF Gold Cup this summer.

  1. I'm really happy and proud as a panamanian that Blas is having a good career… excelent chilena now that ur playing for Vancouver… excelente debut en la copa america, 2 goles d Blas, mas nada q pedir hermano. bless

  2. yes, it is broo. FC. Dallas may win the tournment. i´m pretty impressive of his simpleness and humanity every time when i see Blas Pérez playin´ can realize how the match changes even his teammates feel llike links each other the soccer flow on the field and if i could tell him something would be: Blas Pérez Never changes.

  3. All the MLS Insider's are great to watch. For some reason I felt very emotional. Family man and his homage to his father, always a beautiful touch. I don't like him the player (he plays for Dallas), but I like the man he is ☺

  4. As much as I hate Blas Perez on the field, he does look like a genuine guy off the field. Much respect Blas. Probably still gonna boo you the next time you take a hack at Dan Gargan though haha.

  5. great video. a great honor and informative video to well deserve football player . i see Blas Pérez in my opinion more as a anti-hero of the MLS. i like how every time he score a goal he does the horns gesture in honor of his father. Awesome!(which i already knew that). as a fan of the Club, i also see that hands gesture, as him giving the other club they are playing the time the FC Dallas Bull's horns. it fits as well. you know the saying,"Mess with Bull and you get the Horns!". very good football player from Panamá el wey.

…The time is right and cause is just. it's time FC Dallas to win it all this year!!!
