His shot deflected off his slipping left foot after, not before, he struck his shot right footed. The replays are not focusing on this: they show his slipping left foot not contact the ball prior to shot. In this video I found 1 frame where you can see the tremendous top spin his left foot causes with it s subtle touch.
Even the ref says right foot then left.
No way thats a slip its clearly double touch, if he would’ve kicked the ball normally like the 9 players maybe your team would’ve advanced but DIDNT 😂😂
A slip should not be looked at as double touch even if it happens, because if someone slips they barely have control of their legs and most likely will miss that penalty. This is one of those rare moments that a slipping player scoring the penalty. So this was robbery.

Penalties is the dumbest way to conclude any game ever. Look at how amazing buzzer beaters there have beenin OT in the NBA. Or hailmarys in OT in the NFL. Or a walk-off homerun in extra innings in MLB. Games ending in clutch moments with crowds going absolutely insane. Instead football has a VAR 50/50 coin-toss shootout. Pretty embarrassing for the worlds game.
