  1. Wonder if tuchel had been sacked before season began if Gilmour would have still been at Chelsea under another manager . The boys a cracking player and burst onto seen then after lampard went he rarely got a chance. Madness . Looks like a barca midfielder way he keeps ball and is constantly available to receive ball and move

  2. The "burst on to the scene" clips always does Micah injustice. It always ends without the reaction from Roy, which was uncharacteristically quiet (i.e. he knew he was wrong). Granted Micah's career started strong and didn't pan out as he wanted but he had Roy on toast there.

  3. looking world class for a few games does not mean he is world class. thats what keane implies. however he does have all the ingredients especially he always wants the ball , he doesn't hide from the play. great link man. will he be able to handle the physicality over time , or will he score enough , that will be the question. great home grown talent

  4. Needs to leave Chelsea and go to a club for regular football. It's obscene how many youngsters Chelsea has and how many they hold back? As good as he is, that club will just blow another 50+ million if a good player comes on the market. They are more interested in short term success. A few do come through but nothing compared to the size of their youth squad. Young players get left behind. De Bruyne being the classic example. Did well to get away from there.

  5. For a lad who's had very little game time for Chelsea, to come on in your first start, against England at Wembley and get man of the match, the wee man is going to be a Scottish legend.

  6. Billy Gilmour was no doubt his talent Just played Euros v England at Wembley and another MOM. Top pundits , football people all spoken with highest regards & respect his ability .Jose Mourinho latest admirer for sure he will be keeping close eye on Billy at Chelsea. Roy Keane was first on TV to comment told it as we all saw. Souness is in his glory we now have a top midfielder just like he was he watched boss v Auld Enemy . Now Patterson must be let loose O’Donnell did very well BUT we need goals v Croatia my opinion is Patterson edges it with his ability create ,link up plus having featured more through youth set -ups with Gilmour they will have more of understanding to link up . Let youth loose go enjoy the game keep discipline showed so far & GO FOR IT . Even if we lose we are more about near future than the now Scotland target is building up a close squad .

  7. Keane doesn’t like the Premiere League commentators? He should try listening to the ding-dongs calling American football games sometime. They’re worse.
