If you don't put fans first you don't get a competition that neutrals love. The Europa League final was a vacuum of a competition this year. Half empty stadium, the pre-match was so cheap and awkward. No atmosphere in the stadium during the game, a stadium that unfortunately has little prestige in European football to host a final. Utterly forgettable. You need to keep champions league teams seperate, give the fans who's clubs they no doubt have supported their long lives and not necessarily had the opportunity to play a European final an occasion to remember – the underdogs are fans who deserve respect. Put it somewhere befitting the occasion. Sort your act out!
