  1. Once a manager stays at one place or position for 5yrs plus will get used to players then he'll not have that fear factor to players whenever players do mistakes they know their manager will cover them up

  2. I thought Khusanov was quite good. Stones hasn't been with it for a few years now. The blueprint for beating Pep is just too well known and too many PL sides are specially equipped to outrun them. Pep needs specific world class midfielders and CBs to prevent these problems

  3. I might sound crazy. But

Pep's problem is Haaland. He scores goals, but City has changed since he joined. City plays for him to score, ultimately, City now has less possession, less control of the game, they concede more goals, they press less and poorly. Others no longer score, City becomes more predictable and easy to defend against. It's not Haaland's fault entirely. But Pep's possession football DOESN'T WORK WITH STRIKERS!!!!.

just Google or search Chat GPT

"Pep Guardiola's Man City without Haaland vs Pep Guardiola's Man City with Haaland".

You'd see exactly what I'm saying.

Trafford comes in and makes it even more worse off. He's a good shot stopper, but Pep's style is a proactive style and not a reactive style. Ederson has never been a good shot stopper but why City has been successful with him is because CITY CONTROLS THE GAME WITH POSSESSION. As the old saying goes. IF THE OPPONENT DON'T HAVE THE BALL, THEY CAN'T SCORE. CITY HAS ALWAYS DEFENDED WITH THE BALL. so here's how Trafford is a problem to Pep. Pep thrives on building from the back and maintaining possession and control also involves the GK, so because Trafford terrible with his feet, once City tries to build from the back and tries to involve Trafford, he hoofs the ball up field and City loses possession and control then City begins to chase the ball again. City's pressing has been so piss poor it is worst than last season even. So every time Trafford is with the ball, City 90% is going to lose possession.

    In summary.

City has lost possession And control and pressing.

  4. 10 games is the usual way to see places. Then last 10 games a race for title and european places. Also relegation battles too in last 10 games.
Next for Man C is Man U. That maybe spark Man C to play better. Rodri tired and said so.

  5. i think pep is living in 2020.he dosent see that the game has changed its all new managers in the premier league and he dosent even have a clue on anything happening in modern day football

  6. The answer is simple, Premier League is more competitive than ever now, and it's getting harder for teams to dogwalk the league like City did. Even Liverpool, the best team in the league right now, doesn't look completely unbeatable at the moment, and in the last three games narrowly avoided draws with late goals.

  7. I can't understand how these transfers are made or who is proposing to Pepe. All the transfers are a total failure. Man City are bringing in two fast wingers up front and a midfielder with assists and a centre-back and a winger. So you have to keep your eyes open. 1 Adama Lokman 2 Rodrygo

  8. Nobody makes a pass and runs in behind – they do not play in triangles, the CMs arent dropping to provide defensive help or a passing option. The CB cant make a long pass to change things up, its all short passes, side to side or back. Its crazy. It really is. Idk if its pep or the players

  9. See what Jack Grealish have done at Everton. It’s time for Pep to leave. He has not learned from all losses. Time for new leadership team. Manchester City can write off this season too.

  10. Pep deserves a good vacation! He will always be a legend! But his time at MCI is behind us. I do not know hwy is he trying to hang on? So many young and talented coaches around. Just let them develop their ideas and build a future. Many thanks to Pep!!!!

  11. There was a moment at the end of SAF's tenure than MU had a chance to sign Sneijder from Inter and SAF said "Why we need Sneijder when we have Paul Pogba?", this was the moment where I was certain that he lost it. Pep is slowly becoming the same. Look even at this transfer window. They would have gone for Rodrigo if Savinho left, they might sign Donarumma if Ederson leaves. Rodrigo the guy who has won 5 or 6 UCL titles. have played with the best of the best, and the GK who won Euro and was the best GK last year, to a guy who makes loads of mistakes. How can those options be the same for a coach? Is Rainjders gonna replace KDB? The greatness that Pep built was all from the top level players, proven talent from leading teams and top championships, but currently he has become so full of himself and so obsessed with just the system that he completely diminishes players individuality and I don't think it's possible to remain on level with players signed from Wolves, Uzbekistan and god knows where.
